Privacy Policy — Identity 2.0

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This policy explains how Jay Shaw’s Identity 2.0 hypnotherapy and coaching services collect and use information through hypnosisdallastx.com, appointment booking, assessments, and client communications.

1. Information we collect

When you contact us, book a call, or use our services, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, appointment details, goals, intake responses, assessment responses, and communications. Client services may also involve session notes and progress information. Payment providers process payment information when you purchase a service.

Our website and service providers may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring pages, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver services, send appointment confirmations and reminders, provide materials and support, maintain business records, and improve our website and services. We also use limited booking, purchase, and advertising information to measure whether ads lead to booked calls or paid diagnostic purchases.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Service providers and sharing

We use third-party tools to operate our website, manage contacts and bookings, communicate with clients, process payments, and host video calls. These include HighLevel/LeadConnector for our website, forms, booking, and contact management; Zoom for video calls; and Google Ads for advertising measurement. Providers process information needed for their role and have their own privacy policies.

We may also disclose information with your permission or when required by law. Intake responses, assessment scores, session notes, and private client narratives are not included in the Google Ads conversion tracking described below.

4. Google Ads, booking, and purchase measurement

If you arrive through a Google ad and book a fit call or purchase the Identity Diagnostic, our system may retain the ad’s click identifier, such as GCLID, GBRAID, or WBRAID, along with campaign information. Where permitted, we share the click identifier, the booking or successful purchase event, and its timestamp with Google to measure advertising performance. For a qualifying $99 diagnostic purchase, we also share the conversion value of $99 USD. Free fit-call bookings and paid diagnostic purchases are recorded as separate conversion actions.

This conversion tracking setup does not send your intake answers, diagnostic scores, session notes, name, email address, phone number, or payment card details to Google. Our Search campaigns do not use client lists or audiences built from diagnostic or health information.

Learn more about Google’s privacy practices and manage ad preferences at My Ad Center.

5. Cookies and browser choices

Our website and embedded booking tools may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and advertising attribution. You can manage or block cookies in your browser. Blocking some technologies may affect booking functionality or our ability to measure advertising. Where consent is required, it must be obtained before the relevant optional tracking or data sharing occurs.

6. Client information and security

Please share only what is needed when completing a booking form. Avoid including sensitive medical or other private details in a general inquiry. Internet communications and online storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us if you need to discuss how to provide sensitive information.

7. Retention and your requests

We retain information as needed to provide services and meet applicable business, record-keeping, and legal obligations. You can contact [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to ask about its use and retention. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve a transaction or dispute.

You may opt out of promotional email using its unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Appointment and service communications are separate from promotional messages. If you opted into text messages, you can reply STOP to opt out.

8. Adults and policy updates

The services promoted on our fit-call page are intended for adults 18 and older. We may update this policy; the date above identifies the latest version.
